At LabdeMed our central focus is on you and your health


LabdeMed carries out laboratory tests at the request of your (general) physician or specialist. Usually this involves regular testing of blood, urine or feces. Based on the test results, your doctor can make a diagnosis.
You can also contact LabdeMed for more specific laboratory tests. These include extensive allergy tests and specialized fertility research. We offer more than 150 different tests.
It is also possible that an employer or an insurance company request a screening test. For example, for a medical examination, a drug test or when taking out a life insurance policy.

You can also apply for a test at LabdeMed on your own initiative. For example, for DNA testing or an allergy test. The costs of these private tests are not covered by your insurance; you have to pay for these tests yourself. More information

Have a blood sample taken or hand in test material?

We look forward to seeing you at one of our 17 locations on the island. You do not need to make an appointment in advance for a blood sample or to hand in urine or feces. For all other tests and for the use of the mobile lab service you do need to make an appointment. This can be done at + 5999 736 1030 or by using our contact form.

Lab form

Your doctor will send you an application form with a tick in the box to indicate which test you need to do. You must submit this lab form together with the test material to our blood-testing staff. Don’t forget to bring a valid identity card and your insurance papers or carnet!
Is there another laboratory mentioned on your application form? No problem, you can contact us with any lab form. Even if your doctor or specialist works abroad. You are always welcome at LabdeMed!

Test results

You can request the results of your test from your doctor or view them online in our secure patient portal. You can count on LabdeMed to ensure that your test results are provided on time. Also in urgent cases!


LabdeMed cooperates with all insurance companies that want to make use of our services. Currently these include Ennia, Citizens Insurance, Guardian Group/Fatum, Guillen Insurance, Pan-American Life Insurance, SVB, ASKA and Sagicor Capital Life Insurance.

Which tests are not reimbursed?

In principle, all our tests are covered by insurance. There are a few exceptions:

  • Drug tests
  • Fertility research
  • Tests done at private request
