Patient portal

LabdeMed considers it important that you, as a patient, have access to your medical file. It contains your personal details and the results of your laboratory tests. You can view these results online at a time that suits you best. This way you do not have to wait unnecessarily for the results, and you are better prepared for the conversation with your (family)doctor or specialist.

Access

LabdeMed Patients can use our secure patient portal. There are of course a number of steps that precede this. Below you can read how to get access to this free online service.

Step 1 – Sign up

You must register in person at the desk of our head office. In order to guarantee your privacy, it is necessary that you identify yourself with a valid identity document. Once you have completed the application form, you can register online at home in the LabdeMed patient portal.

Step 2 – Register online

You must register first. The login button on this page takes you to the access screen where you enter your e-mail address. Within a few minutes you will receive a confirmation email with a link to create your password.

Step 3 – Create Password

Via the link in the confirmation e-mail you can create your own password which you can use to log in from now on. If you forget your password, you can use the ‘Forgot Password’ tab to request a new password.

Step 4 – Logging in and use of the patient portal

Use the login button on this page to go to the access screen. With your e-mail address and password, you will have access to your own file in which your lab results are visible, among other things.

Consultation with a general practitioner or specialist

We explicitly advise you to discuss your results with your (family)doctor or specialist. He/she has access to the complete data needed to monitor your health. Tests with an impactful result are initially not included in the patient portal.

Secure database

Your privacy is fully guaranteed in the secure environment of our patient portal. LabdeMed applies the privacy rules of the Personal Data Protection Ordinance (LBP) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
