Complaint

Our employees make every effort to provide you with the best possible service. However, it is possible that you are not completely satisfied with our service. This is unfortunate, both for you and for the LabdeMed employee(s) who helped you. We advise you to discuss your complaint firstly and directly with the professionals (s) concerned. Discussing your complaint with the LabdeMed professional directly involved in your case will often lead to a solution.

Quality officer

Has the matter not been resolved, or do you think that your complaint has not been dealt with adequately? If so, you can submit a complaint to our quality officer. Use the Complaint form for this purpose. This form is sent directly to the LabdeMed quality officer and is treated confidentially.
