Phlebotomist, m/f (parttime)
The Phlebotomist is responsible for collecting patient material at a lab sub-station and/or at patients’ homes. You are the calling card of the organization.
Main tasks:
- Collection of patient material and blood samples for analytical research, based on requests in accordance with established procedures, guidelines and regulations.
- Registering and processing the patient request and data.
- Process the collected patient material and blood samples and prepare them for transport, and ensure that the material is transported under the prescribed conditions or, depending on the location of collection, arrange for transport to the analysis site.
Requirements:
- IFE Nursing Level 4 or Doctor’s Assistant Level 3, or equivalent training
- Preferably recent and relevant work experience in a similar work environment
- Be available at least 5 morning’s during the week
- Flexibility to fill in on Saturday mornings
- Being able to work independently in a ‘patient-centered’ manner
